how do I sign up for the rewards club?

it’s easy. enter your name, email + password here. it’s free to join and you’ll also automatically be signed up for emails with insider access to sales, limited editions, and our latest drops. if you already have an account or email subscription with us then you’re already enrolled in our rewards program. just sign in to start earning points.

how does the rewards club work?

as a member, you’ll receive points for each purchase. you’ll also earn points for following us on social media, exploring our collections and signing up for subscriptions. you even get a gift just for having a birthday! you can view the full list of points + perks on our rewards page.

I already have an account. do I need to create a new one to earn rewards?

we took care of that for you! everyone with an active account was automatically enrolled in our rewards program. please note that if you had more than one account with us previously, only one rewards account was created per person.

where can I find all my rewards account info?

the rewards page is the roadmap to all your points + perks. you can access all your info by signing in and visiting your rewards page

will I receive points for purchases I made prior to creating my rewards account?

no, you will only receive points for purchases made after creating your rewards account. so make sure to create an account before placing an order so you can earn points!

what if I have an old email address or multiple email addresses and want to combine my accounts + points?

no problem. contact customer service here and our team will be happy to assist you with merging your accounts.

does it cost anything to begin earning points?

absolutely not! signing up is 100% free, and it will never cost you anything to earn points. visit methodproducts.com/rewards to get started.

How can I opt-out of the rewards program?

how is my rewards tier determined?

your rewards tier is determined by the number of points you earn in a rolling year (beginning on the date when you signed up).

to reach:

  • shimmer you must earn 125 points
  • shine you must earn 250 points

once you qualify, you will instantly move up and have access to that tier’s perks for one year. as you move up in the rewards tiers, you will also retain all benefits from your previous tier.

how do I know my current rewards tier?

when you sign into your rewards account, your rewards page will show a list of the tiers. your current tier + perks will be highlighted with a box around it.

what is 'early sale access'?

as a people against dirty member, you will receive select sale email alerts ahead of the general public to get first dibs on all the best sales.

how will I know when I have reached a new tier?

when your total points cross a tier threshold you will receive an email welcoming you into the new tier.

tier expiration

once you qualify for a rewards tier, you keep that tier status for one year from the date you earned it. make sure to keep interacting with our program to maintain your status (or even move up a tier)!

birthday reward

how can I get a birthday reward?

find the link to add your birthday under ‘ways to earn points’ on the rewards page on your birthday we’ll email you a special discount code valid for 30 days from the date of your b-day! please note, your special birthday code is just for you. it is non-transferable and may not be sold or assigned to anyone else. (if we feel someone is trying to manipulate the program, we reserve the right to terminate any account at our discretion.)

I signed up for the birthday reward but I didn’t receive it?

happy birthday! we’re so glad you want to celebrate with us. in order to get your birthday reward on your birthday, you must register your birthday at least 30 days prior to that day.


if your birthday falls between the day that you registered and added your birthday and the 30-day waiting period afterwards, you will receive your birthday reward 30 days after your registration. this delay is only applicable for the first year that you signed up. all successive birthday rewards will be emailed to you on your birthday. after year one, if you register your birthday through your rewards account any time after it has passed in the current calendar year, rewards will not be added to your account until the day of your birthday the following year.


remember, the birthday reward is determined by the rewards tier that you are part of on the date of your birthday. if it has been more than 30 days since you registered for your birthday reward and you still have not received the additional points in your account, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

program limitations

is there a limit to how many points I can earn?

nope! you can always earn more points by shopping with us, and by engaging with us + our community online.

do points ever expire

points and your rewards tier will expire if you fail to make at least 1 purchase every 12 months. if we ever decide to end the rewards program, your points and perks will expire with the program. we also reserve the right to terminate any person’s rewards membership if we believe you are violating our terms and conditions, reselling products, exploiting the program, engaged in fraud, abuse of privileges or inappropriate behavior that seeks to manipulate the rewards program, or for any other reason we deem necessary based on our sole discretion. if your account is terminated by you or us, or you opt-out of the rewards program, you will lose any unused rewards as well as all points that have not been redeemed.

why didn’t I earn points on my purchase?

double-check that you were signed into your rewards account when you made your purchase. you must be signed in to earn points. if you accidentally checked out as a guest, contact us and we can help apply the points to your account. please note that you won’t receive points if your purchase is canceled for any reason.

I should have earned points for a purchase/action but I didn’t see my account balance change. did I get credit?

not to worry – it can take anywhere from a few minutes to several hours for points to appear in your account. but if you feel like you’ve earned points that are not showing up in your account, you can troubleshoot with these tricks:


  • refresh your browser.
  • sign out and then sign back into your account.
  • check your ‘rewards history’ in your rewards account to see if the points were added without you realizing it. your ‘rewards history’ will show you the number of points earned, how and when they were earned, and any redemptions of points.
