The Bubble Club Terms and Conditions

WELCOME TO THE BUBBLE CLUB LOYALTY PROGRAM (“THE BUBBLE CLUB” OR THE “PROGRAM”) OFFERED BY METHOD PRODUCTS (“METHOD PRODUCTS,” “WE,” “US,” OR “OUR”). BY ENROLLING, ACCESSING, AND/OR OTHERWISE PARTICIPATING IN THE BUBBLE CLUB, YOU AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND YOU UNDERSTAND THESE PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS” OR “THE BUBBLE CLUB TERMS AND CONDITIONS”) AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM. PLEASE READ THESE PROGRAM TERMS CAREFULLY. THEY INCLUDE LIMITATIONS ON METHOD PRODUCTS LIABILITY, A BINDING ARBITRATION CLAUSE FOR RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES, WHICH MEANS A JURY WILL NOT HEAR POTENTIAL CLAIMS, AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER. WE MAY UPDATE AND MODIFY THESE PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS FROM TIME TO TIME WITHOUT NOTICE, AND THOSE CHANGES WILL BE EFFECTIVE ON THE “LAST UPDATED” DATE SHOWN ABOVE IN THE REVISED PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL OR MODIFY THIS PROGRAM AT ANY TIME.

IN OTHER WORDS, THESE ARE THE GROUND RULES FOR TAKING PART IN THE BUBBLE CLUB, AND BY PARTICIPATING YOU AGREE TO FOLLOW THE PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IT’S A BINDING AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS, DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE BUBBLE CLUB.

1. Privacy Policy and Notice of Financial Incentive

In addition to these Program Terms and Conditions, your participation in The Bubble Club is subject to our Website Terms of Use located at https://terms.scjbrands.com/en-us, which are made a part of these Program Terms and Conditions and are expressly incorporated herein by this reference. Please read the Website Terms of Use before participating in The Bubble Club. This Program is included in the definition of “Service” as that term is used in the Website Terms of Use. For Program-specific matters, these Program Terms and Conditions will control over the Website Terms of Use to the extent of any direct conflict or inconsistency relating specifically to The Bubble Club. For general Website and Service matters not addressed in these Program Terms and Conditions, the Website Terms of Use continue to apply in full. For privacy, data protection, and consumer privacy rights matters, Method products Privacy Policy will control as described below.

Information collected in connection with The Bubble Club is governed by Method products Privacy Policy (“Method products Privacy Policy”), which you can find at https://privacy.scjbrands.com/en-us, and which is made a part of these Program Terms and Conditions and is expressly incorporated herein by this reference. Please read the Method products Privacy Policy as it explains how we collect, use and share your personal information and includes information about how to update or change the ways Method products communicates with you. If there is any inconsistency between these Program Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy with respect to privacy, data protection, or consumer privacy rights, the Privacy Policy will control. In addition, California law requires we disclose specific information about financial incentives we offer, and Colorado requires similar information when it comes to “Bona Fide Loyalty Programs.” Other states may have similar laws. You can read this information at our Notice of Financial Incentive at https://privacy.scjbrands.com/en-us. By participating in The Bubble Club, you are consenting to the privacy practices described in the Method products Privacy Policy and Notice of Financial Incentive. For information about your privacy rights, including your right to access, delete, or opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information under applicable state privacy laws, please review our Privacy Policy.

Financial Incentive Disclosure. The Bubble Club is a voluntary loyalty program that may offer discounts, coupons, benefits, Bubbles, Rewards, or other Program Offers in exchange for your participation and information you choose to provide. You may withdraw from The Bubble Club at any time as described in these Program Terms and Conditions. Withdrawing from the Program or exercising certain privacy rights, including requesting deletion of personal information, may affect your ability to participate in the Program, maintain Bubbles or Rewards, verify eligibility, or receive additional Program Offers. Additional information, including the estimated value of the personal information associated with financial incentives and how to withdraw, is available in our Notice of Financial Incentive at https://privacy.scjbrands.com/en-us.

As a condition of membership in The Bubble Club, you will be asked to provide a valid email when you enroll, which Method products and authorized third parties (such as our loyalty program technology provider, email service providers, receipt-verification providers, fulfillment providers, analytics providers, fraud-prevention providers, and other service providers acting on our behalf) will use to communicate with you about your account, administer the Program, verify purchases and Activities, fulfill Rewards, detect fraud or abuse, and as otherwise permitted by applicable law in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Information collected in connection with the Program may include account information, purchase and redemption history, Activity information, receipt images and information extracted from receipts, device and online identifiers, cookie or similar technology information, and other information described in our Privacy Policy. You may also be presented with an opportunity to indicate your preferences for optional marketing communications. You are not required to consent to marketing communications in order to join The Bubble Club.

If you use ecommerce features or make purchases through a Website or store powered by a third-party ecommerce platform, including Shopify where applicable, your information may also be processed as described in the Shopify-related disclosures in our Privacy Policy, including where the platform acts as our service provider or as an independent controller for certain account, fraud-prevention, personalization, analytics, or platform-enhancement services.

Data Security. Method products maintains commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the personal information collected in connection with The Bubble Club in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

When you sign up for The Bubble Club, you will also have the option to provide your mobile number, but it’s not required. Participants who choose to opt in to SMS marketing acknowledge that Method products or authorized third parties may send them commercial text messages using automated technology, and you consent and agree to that type of contact. Consent to marketing text messages is not required to join The Bubble Club, make a purchase, earn purchase-based Bubbles, or redeem standard Rewards. Note that some optional features or activities within the Program may require a separate opt-in to SMS marketing to participate. If this is the case, you will be provided with notice before you choose to participate in that particular activity. Some super Method products fans may have previously signed up to receive marketing text messages from us. We want to let you know that by enrolling in The Bubble Club, you may also hear from us with loyalty-related updates (like Bubbles balance and reward info) via text to the extent permitted by applicable law and your communication preferences. You can opt out at any time by following the instructions provided in the message or as otherwise described when you opt in.

2. Who is eligible to join The Bubble Club?

The Bubble Club is open to U.S. residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (“D.C.”) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older with legal capacity to enter into a contract at the time of sign-up. Participation is limited to individuals for personal use only and is limited to one (1) account per person. Membership in The Bubble Club is entirely voluntary and does not require a purchase or any other cost or fee to join. We might call you a “member” or “participant” in these Program Terms and Conditions and related communications. Just because you are a member of The Bubble Club doesn’t mean you are enrolled in or have any benefits in similar programs of any other Method products affiliate or parent company. We may request proof of eligibility from you at our discretion. This Program is void where prohibited by law.

3. How the Program Works

Eligible participants in The Bubble Club can earn “Bubbles” in two (2) ways. First, you can earn Bubbles for making qualifying purchases on methodproducts.com (“Website”) as further described in Section 6 below. Second, you can earn Bubbles for interacting with Method products in other ways (“Activities”) as further described in Section 11 below and as may be updated by us from time to time. You start accumulating Bubbles for purchases and other Activities completed on and after your date of enrollment. When you have enough Bubbles, you can redeem them for various products, discounts, and other offers (each a “Reward”) subject to availability and as further described in Section 12 below. Together, your Bubbles, Rewards, account status and all other Program benefits may be collectively referred to as “Program Offers.” Don’t worry, if you purchase our products at an authorized retailer, you can still earn Bubbles. (That’s covered in “Upload a Receipt” in the Activities chart in Section 11). All transactions involving Bubbles (earning and redeeming) are subject to review and verification by Method products.

4. Changes to The Bubble Club and these Program Terms and Conditions

The Program and its benefits are offered by us at our sole discretion. Method products reserves the right to change, modify and/or cancel The Bubble Club, any aspect of The Bubble Club, or any portion of these Program Terms and Conditions (or any other policies related to this Program) from time to time in our sole discretion. If Method products decides to change these Program Terms and Conditions, we will post an updated version at https://methodproducts.com/pages/the-bubble-club-terms. (or another URL that Method products may designate) with an update to the “last updated” date located at the top of these Program Terms and Conditions. Except as expressly stated below or required by applicable law, any changes will be effective upon posting the revisions, and your continued participation in or access to The Bubble Club in any way (e.g., logging in to your The Bubble Club account, earning or redeeming Bubbles) after we post any changes confirms you agree to the Program Terms and Conditions as modified. This includes, without limitation, changes to Bubbles conversion or Rewards offered even if such changes may impact your ability to use Bubbles you have already earned. For material changes that reduce your earned Bubbles balance or materially alter redemption options, Method products will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide at least thirty (30) days’ advance notice via email or through the Loyalty Dash before the changes take effect. In the event we cancel The Bubble Club for any reason, your membership terminates, and all Program Offers, including Bubbles and Rewards, may be voided. In the event Method products cancels The Bubble Club, Method products will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide members with at least thirty (30) days’ notice prior to cancellation and a reasonable period (not less than thirty (30) days following notice) during which members may redeem any then-available Bubbles, subject to Reward availability.

5. Enrollment

You can voluntarily enroll in The Bubble Club on our Website at https://methodproducts.com/pages/the-bubble-club. Follow the prompts to create an account and enroll in The Bubble Club.  Required information for sign-up includes your first and last name, valid email address, and password. Your account will give you access to our online shopping experience and the Loyalty Program. If you already have an account set up on our Website and want to join The Bubble Club, you can click the “Sign Up” button on that same page or otherwise follow the instructions made available by us on our Website and via The Bubble Club dashboard accessed from our Website (“Loyalty Dash”) to enroll. Following enrollment, you can also optionally elect to complete your profile with additional information like your birthday, home address, future product “wish list,” and mobile phone number, or even a profile pic, but that’s your call. Some Rewards require additional information from you. For example, we need your address to ship physical Rewards, and we can’t send you a birthday surprise if you haven’t shared your birthday. Existing account holders may also receive an email from us with information and instructions about how to join The Bubble Club. You won’t be able participate in The Bubble Club until you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted the Program Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. The information you provide must be true, accurate, and up to date.

6. Earning Bubbles by making purchases on methodproducts.com (Note: you must be logged into your account to earn)

Following your enrollment in The Bubble Club, for every one-dollar ($1) you spend on qualifying purchases on our Website (pre-tax and shipping) you will be awarded five (5) Bubbles. You must be logged into your The Bubble Club account at the time you place your order on our Website to earn your Bubbles, and Bubbles are calculated on the actual purchase price paid, meaning after any discount, coupon, Reward redemption, or promotional offer is applied. For purposes of accruing Bubbles, taxes, shipping, and other fees will not be counted. Bubbles are rounded down to the nearest whole dollar spent and will be credited to your The Bubble Club account after your qualifying order is processed. For example, a purchase of $19.75 = 95 Bubbles. Previously awarded Bubbles may be deducted for any returns, credits, refunds, or voided transactions. This means if you earn Bubbles on an item you purchased on our Website and then return the item for a refund, we will deduct the Bubbles based on the value of the returned item(s). If due to such a return your account has a negative Bubbles balance, Bubbles earned in the future will be applied to the negative balance until the return amount is satisfied. If this happens, we can also adjust or cancel pending Rewards in our discretion. Additional exclusions may apply. For example, you can’t earn Bubbles on purchases of gift cards, donations or other fees (if any). We reserve the right to impose limits on the numbers of Bubbles you can earn should we deem it necessary.

7. Subscribers earn 2x Bubbles with second subscription order

The Bubble Club members who also maintain an active product subscription on our Website are eligible to earn double Bubbles (2x) on subscription orders starting with their second successfully processed subscription installment. In case math isn’t your thing, that means that instead of the standard earnings of $1 (pre-tax/shipping) = 5 Bubbles, subscribers can earn 10 Bubbles for every $1 spent on eligible subscription orders. Orders placed on methodproducts.com prior to the second installment or after cancellation of your subscription will earn the standard Bubbles rate.

8. Bubbles balance

You may access and update your information and access your account status, including Bubbles balance, by logging in to your Bubble Club account. Bubbles will typically appear in your account within one (1) to two (2) business days of the date your qualifying purchase at methodproducts.com is processed. Bubbles earned in connection with other Activities will typically appear within the time period identified in connection with each Activity, or if no time period is identified, within three (3) business days of your verified completion of the applicable Activity.

9. All good Bubbles must come to an end (or Bubbles Expiration, if you want to get technical about it)

BUBBLES ARE VALID ONE (1) YEAR FROM THE DATE THEY ARE EARNED, WHETHER THROUGH WEBSITE PURCHASES OR ACTIVITIES. ALL UNUSED BUBBLES AUTOMATICALLY EXPIRE ONE (1) YEAR FROM THE DATE THEY ARE EARNED WITHOUT ANY FURTHER NOTICE FROM METHOD PRODUCTS. This means that your Bubbles may expire on different dates depending on when you earned them. Expiration of Bubbles is subject only to notice to you that is required by law, if any.

10. No Retroactive Bubbles

Don’t forget, you must be logged into your The Bubble Club account at the time you place your order on our Website because we need to know who you are in order to award you those beautiful Bubbles. Bubbles will not be awarded, for example, if you check out as a “guest.” Except as Method products may permit on a case-by-case basis in its sole discretion, Bubbles will not be awarded retroactively. In other words, if you make a purchase on the Website and aren’t logged in, Bubbles will not be later credited. Bubbles will not be awarded for purchases or other Activities made prior to your enrollment in The Bubble Club.

11. Earning Bubbles via “Activities” (Note: You must be logged in to your account to earn). Bubbles-earning Activities include, but are not limited to, those outlined below and may be updated by us from time to time.

Buy our products from an authorized retailer instead of methodproducts.com? That’s great too! Upload a photo of the receipt that includes the date and the Method products product purchased. We encourage you to black out or crop out any unrelated items, payment details, or personal information on the receipt before uploading. Method products and its service providers will use receipt images and information extracted from receipts only to verify your qualifying purchase, administer the Program, and detect fraud or abuse, and will not retain receipt images longer than reasonably necessary for verification purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy.  We just need to see our item and the store info/date.  No minimum purchase required. Make sure the purchase is made while you are a Bubble Club member (no digging up receipts from years gone by). Remember, you earn 5 Bubble per $1 qualifying spend on our Website. But, if you upload a receipt as outlined here with any purchase amount ($3 or $30), you get a flat 25 Bubbles. Accessing the Loyalty Dash: Just visit our Website and follow the prompts to use the “upload” feature via the Loyalty Dash to submit an image of your receipt. 12. What do all those Bubbles get you anyway? The answer is Rewards!

You can redeem your earned Bubbles currently available on your account for various Rewards. The required number of Bubbles will then be subtracted from your Bubbles balance following your Reward selection. Redemptions are final. Rewards may change over time depending on availability as well as member interest. Current Rewards and the number of Bubbles required to redeem, as well as additional instructions related to specific Rewards, are available on the Loyalty Dash. There may be a limited number of particular Rewards available, and those Rewards will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. Method products reserves the right to modify, amend, or revise the Rewards or any Program Offers. Participants may not rely on the continued availability of a particular Reward. The number of Bubbles required to redeem a Reward may be substantially increased, any Reward may be withdrawn, and restrictions on redemption may be imposed by Method products or the third party supplying the Reward (if any). Physical Rewards will be shipped to U.S. addresses only (50 U.S. and DC, no P.O. Boxes). Method products reserves the right to substitute Rewards of comparable or greater value if any Reward becomes unavailable for any reason. Unless otherwise specified, physical Rewards will be fulfilled within six to eight weeks from date of redemption. Rewards pictured in any point-of-sale, online, promotional packaging, advertising, and/or other Method products materials are for illustrative purposes only. The actual Reward may vary from the Reward pictured.

Rewards Expiration: Rewards in the form of discounts or free shipping on our Website must be used within 30 days from issuance, unless otherwise indicated. Some Rewards (e.g., the shopping spree) require you to schedule, attend, complete a specific action, or provide additional information (such as a home address) to claim them. If you redeem your Bubbles for one of these and don’t show up, don’t respond, or otherwise fail to complete the required steps to claim your Reward within 30 days from redemption (unless otherwise indicated), the Reward will be considered forfeited, and your Bubbles will not be refunded or reinstated. We’ll do our best to give you reminders, but it’s up to you to follow through. You acknowledge that Method products has not made any representation, warranty or guarantee, express or implied with respect to any Program Offer. Rewards include, but are not limited to, those outlined below and may be updated by us from time to time.

We’ll feature a rotating collection of products & items available to redeem for the number of Bubbles as indicated on the Loyalty Dash. Use your Bubbles to grab one item or mix and match. The selection (and required Bubbles) may change and all items are subject to availability, so check the Loyalty Dash regularly for the latest offers, redemption values, and item descriptions. Items are available while supplies last and may be removed or replaced without notice. All redemptions are final — no returns, exchanges, or refunds, or reinstatement of Bubbles.

100 Bubbles

Discount Code for $1 off at methodproducts.com 

Bubbles may be redeemed for discount codes at the rate of 100 Bubbles = $1 off (200 Bubbles = $2 off and so on) (“Discount Codes”). Redemptions must be made in increments of 100. Partial redemptions are not allowed. Unused Bubbles below the next 100-Bubble threshold will remain in your account until additional Bubbles are earned. Follow the prompts on the Loyalty Dash to redeem Bubbles for the corresponding Discount Code.  Discount Codes must be used within 30 days of issuance (unless otherwise indicated), are non-transferable, have no cash value, and can only be applied to eligible purchases made directly through mrsmeyers.com. Discount Codes cannot be used toward taxes or shipping. Use your Discount Code in a single transaction. No cash or credit for unused value. Use of Discount Code is final.  Bubbles cannot be refunded or reinstated if you return part or all of your order following use of the Discount Code. Follow the instructions at checkout for using your Discount Code. Unless otherwise indicated, if you’ve earned multiple Discount Codes, you can combine them and use them together in a single purchase.

Before you redeem your Bubbles, check the Loyalty Dash for key details. Method products will email you with the offer code including a link to applicable terms. We will use the email you provided when you set up your account.

A Year’s Supply of Hand Soap

A year’s supply equals 24 full-size products, delivered in a single consolidated shipment to your provided address (50 U.S. + D.C., no P.O. Boxes). The exact products and formulations will be selected by us at our sole discretion. Approximate retail value: $120. No substitutions. No cash value/substitution. Limit one per member. Products may not be exchanged or returned. Reward must be claimed within 30 days of redemption.  Unclaimed Reward will expire.

 

13. Bubbles Have No Cash Value

Bubbles, Rewards, and/or any other Program Offers under The Bubble Club are promotional and have no cash or other pecuniary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, are not gift certificates, and have no value outside of this Program. Program Offers cannot be sold, shared, gifted, assigned, bartered, or otherwise transferred, provided that if a Reward is expressly transferrable, you can transfer such Reward in accordance with its specific, applicable terms. You cannot combine your Bubbles or other Program Offers with the Program Offers of any other participant in the Program. No credit or cash will be given for unused Bubbles. You have no ownership interest in Bubbles, Rewards, your account, or any other Program Offers and Program Offers maybe revoked by Method products at any time as set forth in these Program Terms and Conditions. Use of the word “earn” is meant to mean “collect” and “spend” is meant to mean “use.”

14. Personal Use Only

The Program and its Program Offers are intended for individual, personal use only. If you are a business or are purchasing products for resale or commercial purposes, you are not eligible to earn Bubbles on those purchases. We reserve the right to review and void any Bubbles on purchases that we determine, in our sole discretion, were made for resale or commercial use. And just in case you were wondering, teams, clubs or similar groups of individuals are also not eligible to participate.

15. We have the last word on those Bubbles. Redemptions are final.

If you reasonably believe Bubbles were not properly credited to your account, you must notify us by contacting us at https://methodproducts.com/pages/contactus within thirty (30) days of the date on which such Bubbles should have been awarded per these Program Terms and Conditions. You agree that our determination with respect to Bubbles accrued shall be final. Method products reserves the right to determine the number of Bubbles in your account based on our internal records. Our internal records will be deemed accurate and in the event of any inconsistency between the number of Bubbles stated in your account and Method products’s records, our records control. We can adjust or void Bubbles at any time, consistent with these Program Terms and Conditions.

Once you redeem your Bubbles for Rewards (including Discount Codes), those Bubbles are considered used, and they won’t be refunded, reinstated or reversed. For example, if you trade your Bubbles for a Reward in the form of a Discount Code then use that Discount Code to make a purchase on our Website and then return the item you purchased using the Discount Code, your used Discount Code/Bubbles will not be reinstated. If we determine there is some kind of rare Bubble emergency, we may, at our discretion, reinstate Bubbles in limited circumstances.

16. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, investigate, or terminate any membership and/or suspend or void Program Offers at any time with or without notice for any reason, including, without limitation, for ineligibility, suspected fraud or abuse (e.g., unusually rapid accrual of Bubbles), manipulation of the Program (including an individual registering more than one account), conduct inconsistent with these Program Terms and Conditions or our other policies, and/or for violation of any local, state, or federal laws. Method products and its service providers may use account, purchase, device, receipt, redemption, Activity, and other Program-related data to detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, duplicate accounts, automated access, unauthorized use, and other violations of these Program Terms and Conditions or applicable law. In the event your participation in the Program is terminated, all earning and redemption activities will be suspended and all accumulated Bubbles and Rewards in your account are void upon the date of termination. Suspension or termination or similar actions taken by Method products in connection with the Program, such as Bubbles adjustment, will in each case be final and conclusive. Fraud or abuse including use of The Bubble Club for unlawful or unauthorized purposes by members may not only result in cancellation of your membership but may impact your eligibility for participation in other Method products programs. Method products will have the right to take appropriate administrative or legal action as it deems necessary in its sole discretion. We’ll always aim to communicate clearly and fairly, but all questions or disputes regarding Program Offers, eligibility, awarding or earning of Bubbles or your compliance with these Program Terms and Conditions will be resolved by Method products in its sole discretion.

18. Community Feed and User Submissions

Certain Activities in The Bubble Club may give you the option to submit content (such as photos, captions, comments or other material in connection with earning Bubbles). Any such content you submit in connection with the Program is considered a “Submission“ as defined in our Website Terms of Use. Just to be clear, you agree to be bound by the "User Participation and Submissions" Section in our Terms of Use located at https://terms.scjbrands.com/en-us, which is expressly incorporated herein by reference. In addition, and without limiting the foregoing, the following Program-specific terms apply to Submissions.

  • Your Submission and any public use is voluntary: If you choose to participate in certain Activities that require photo upload to earn Bubbles, you will need to complete the task in order to receive those Bubbles. Separately, when you upload, we may ask you if you would like to give us permission to share your submissions publicly on the Community Feed as well as other Method products digital channels. The feature is entirely optional. Whether or not you give us that permission will not affect your ability to earn Bubbles. If you allow us to share it, the content may be posted with your profile info (including your first name and profile pic) and will then be visible to other users. If you don’t allow us to share it, your content will only be used to validate and award your Bubbles.
  • Our Review Process: All Submissions are subject to our review and approval before being posted. We reserve the right to accept or reject any content in our sole discretion, and we are not obligated to post anything you submit. We may, at our discretion, edit or remove any Submissions that we have otherwise previously shared publicly at any time, for any reason, including complying with legal requirements.
  • No Comments from Others: There is no direct posting to the Community Feed. You cannot publish content directly on the Community Feed and other members will not be able to comment on the Submission posted. However, you may view member Submissions as part of the Community Feed. Just to be super clear--the Community Feed is a curated space. We don’t offer any open posting, commenting or messaging features.
  • Operational use of Submissions: By providing a Submission in connection with The Bubble Club, you grant Method products and its authorized designees a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, store, review, analyze, and display the Submission as reasonably necessary to verify Activities, award or adjust Bubbles, moderate content, administer the Program, provide customer support, comply with legal obligations, and detect, investigate, or prevent fraud, abuse, automated access, unauthorized use, or other violations of these Program Terms and Conditions. This operational license applies whether or not you opt in to public sharing and does not grant us the broader promotional rights described in the separate public-sharing license below.
  • License to use: By voluntarily providing Submissions in connection with The Bubble Club and opting to allow us to share your submission, you grant Method products and its authorized designees a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, sublicensable, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and publicly display your Submission on the Program Community Feed as well as on Method products social media and other marketing channels and digital platforms (e.g., our Website) for promotional and commercial purposes, with no obligation to provide attribution or compensation. This license will survive termination of your account; however, if you request deletion of your Submission through the process described in our Privacy Policy, Method products will use commercially reasonable efforts to remove your Submission from active display within thirty (30) days, provided that Method products may retain copies as reasonably necessary for legal compliance, archival, or backup purposes. For the avoidance of doubt, Method products shall have no liability for any third-party use of your Submission that occurred prior to removal.
  • Content Standards: Submissions cannot: (a) be sexually explicit or suggestive, profane, pornographic, violent or derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, or age group, contain or reference any hateful, dangerous or illegal activity; (b) contain third-party trademarks, logos or contain any personal identification, such as license plate numbers, personal names, or street addresses; (c) contain copyrighted materials owned by others without permission. By providing any Submission you confirm that: (a) you will only upload original photos that you own or control (meaning you took it or have all necessary rights and permissions to submit it); (b) other individuals appearing in the photo, if any, have given express consent to be photographed and to the use as contemplated by these Program Terms and Conditions, and minors depicted, if any, are your children or legal wards or you have the express consent of the minor’s parent/legal guardian (proof of written permission to be provided to us upon request); and (c) your content does not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, rights of privacy, publicity or other intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.
  • Copyright Complaints. If you believe that any User Contribution posted on the Community Feed infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice of claimed infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) to our designated copyright agent. 19. Special Offers

We may occasionally offer limited-time bonus Bubbles opportunities or additional ways to earn Bubbles. If we do, we will tell you how those work at the time, including requirements, additional terms that must be met or accepted, timing and any other relevant details. These opportunities may vary, and participation is always voluntary.

20. Sweepstake Opportunities 

From time to time, Method products may provide Program members opportunities to earn entries into sweepstakes chance drawings in connection with the Program (“Sweepstakes”). In those instances, your participation in a qualifying Activity (e.g., submitting a photo or other activity announced by Method products) may earn you an entry into a Sweepstakes in addition to earning the applicable Bubbles. The specific details regarding how to enter, entry period, prizes, or other conditions will be described in the applicable promotional terms communicated at the time of the offer (“Sweepstakes Details”). For clarity, “Sweepstakes” are included in the defined term “Program Offers” as laid out in these Program Terms and Conditions above. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.  No purchase is required to enter or win, and a purchase will not increase or improve your chances of winning in connection with any Sweepstakes.  Eligibility. Such Sweepstakes are open to U.S. & D.C. residents,18+ with legal capacity to enter into a contract at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Method products, its parent companies, affiliates and agencies, and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible to win prizes in Sweepstakes tied to the Program. To enter. To enter, you must be a member of The Bubble Club. During the designated Sweepstakes entry period, non-members can sign up for The Bubble Club for free. Unless otherwise indicated, completion of the designated Activity will earn one (1) Sweepstakes entry, and you are limited to one (1) entry during the entry period. Method products’ computer is the official time-keeping device for any Sweepstakes. Winner Selection and Odds. Potential winners, subject to verification, will be selected at random by Method products or an authorized representative of Method products, from among all eligible entries received during the entry period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Drawings will be held within approximately one (1) week from the close of the entry period. Prizes.  Prizes and the approximate retails value (“ARV”) will be stated in the Sweepstakes Details.  Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution or cash redemption is permitted except at Method products’ discretion. Unless otherwise indicated in the Sweepstakes Details, prizes will be fulfilled within approximately 4-6 weeks after the conclusion of the Sweepstakes and verification of winners’ eligibility and compliance with the Program Terms. All prizes are awarded “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, on the part of Method products. For prizes manufactured or supplied by a third party, winners agree to look to the applicable third-party manufacturer or supplier for any warranty or for any damages arising out of acceptance or use of such prize. For prizes manufactured by Method products, any applicable product warranty will be governed by the warranty terms accompanying the product, if any. In the case of third-party gift cards, gift cards are subject to the terms of the issuer. No more than the listed number of prizes will be awarded. Notification. Potential winners will be notified using the contact information associated with their Program account. If a potential winner does not respond within three (3) days, or if eligibility cannot be verified, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Potential winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release and, where legal, a Publicity Release (collectively the “Winner Documents”). If required, the Winner Documents must be returned by the date stated in the notification email or the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Publicity. Acceptance of a prize constitutes each winner’s agreement and consent that Method products may use the winner’s name, city, state, likeness, photo, and/or prize information in connection with the Sweepstakes for promotional, marketing, advertising or other purposes, worldwide, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, without limitation and without further payment, notification, permission or other consideration, except where prohibited by law.  Winners List.  To obtain a list of winners, contact us at https://methodproducts.com/pages/contact  within sixty (60) days after the end date of the applicable Sweepstakes. Additional Terms. Sweepstakes are void where prohibited by law and subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.  In the event of any conflict between these Program Terms and Conditions and the Sweepstakes Details, the Sweepstakes Details will control. A Program related Sweepstakes may be promoted via social media, however, such Sweepstakes are in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, TikTok or X. By participating, you release the applicable platform from any responsibility related to the Sweepstakes. Method products is the sponsor of all Program related Sweepstakes.

21. Inactive Accounts

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any account that has no qualifying participation for twelve (12) months. We may do this without providing any notice to you. You can always rejoin later as a newbie again. Qualifying participation includes simply logging in, updating your profile, earning or redeeming Bubbles, completing an Activity or any other action we count as participation.

22. Prohibition on Automated Access

Please don’t use bots, scripts or other automated means to interact with The Bubble Club. We love tech, but only when it plays fair. Automated tools that try to game the system will get shut down—and so will your account.

23. Disclaimers; Force Majeure

We are not responsible for any problems, or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail as a result of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, including any resulting error in computing qualifying purchases or any unavailability of Rewards, or any injury or damage to any participant's or any other person's computer or mobile device related to or resulting from participation in The Bubble Club. If, for any reason, the Program is not capable of running as planned, including due to errors of any kind or nature (technical or human), infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, acts of God, acts or omissions of third parties (e.g., Reward fulfillment providers), or any other causes beyond our control which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Program, we reserve the right in our sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the  Program or otherwise respond to the circumstances as Method products deems appropriate.

Despite best efforts, errors do occasionally happen. We reserve the right to correct such errors at any time even if it impacts pending Bubbles or other Program Offers. This could mean an adjustment to your account status or Bubbles balance at any time, without notice, due to technical errors or miscalculations or other reasons which Method products determines is appropriate. 

24. One Account Per Person

You can only have one account registered to you. Method products may, at its sole discretion, suspend, cancel or combine accounts that appear to be duplicative. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide. Failure to keep your account information current and complete may result in forfeiture or lapsing of Program Offers. Method products is not responsible for any Program Offers you may miss due to incomplete or incorrect account information. In the event of a dispute over the identity of a member, we will look to the registered account holder of the email address associated with the account. A member may be required to show proof of being the registered account holder of such email address. This is defined as the person assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses. 

You are responsible for keeping your password and any account credentials confidential and for making sure that no unauthorized person has access to your account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your password, and we may rely on the authority of anyone accessing your account or using your account credentials. Subject to applicable law, Method products is not responsible for any unauthorized redemption, transfer, use, or loss of Bubbles, Rewards, or other Program Offers resulting from your failure to safeguard your account credentials or promptly notify us of unauthorized activity. You agree to let us know about any unauthorized activity or other breach of security on your account. If you notify us that your account is no longer secure or accessible to you, we may deactivate it at our discretion to prevent misuse.    

25. Indemnification (Responsibility for claims)

You agree to be bound by the Indemnification Section in our Website Terms of Use which is expressly incorporated herein by reference. Without limiting the foregoing and except to the extent prohibited under applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Method products, its parents, subsidiaries, divisions and affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses, including attorneys’ fees and costs, that may arise from or in connection with (a) violation of these Program Terms and Conditions by you or anyone acting on your behalf; (b) any User Contribution you provide; and (c) your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

26. NO WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY (PLEASE READ ABOUT IMPORTANT LEGAL LIMITS)

You agree to be bound by the Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability  Section in our Website Terms of Use which is expressly incorporated herein by reference. EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW AND WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE DISCLAIMERS OF WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS IN OUR WEBSITE TERMS OF USE, THE WEBSITE AND THE PROGRAM INCLUDING ANY REWARDS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT ANY CONDITIONS, REPRESENTATIONS, OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER, WHETHER EXPRESSED, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE.

EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW AND WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY IN OUR WEBSITE TERMS OF USE, IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR ANY OF OUR PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, DIVISIONS OR AFFILIATES HAVE ANY LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY AMOUNT OR KIND OF LOSS OR DAMAGE THAT MAY RESULT TO OR BE INCURRED BY YOU OR A THIRD PARTY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ENROLLMENT IN OR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR THE BUBBLE CLUB INCLUDING PARTICIPATION IN ANY ACTIVITY OR IN CONNECTION WITH ANY REWARD. THIS IS A COMPREHENSIVE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY THAT APPLIES TO ALL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND. YOU AGREE THAT YOU MUST EVALUATE, AND THAT YOU BEAR ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH, YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM.

IT IS POSSIBLE THAT APPLICABLE LAW MAY NOT ALLOW FOR LIMITATIONS ON CERTAIN IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU TO THE EXTENT OF SUCH PROHIBITION. 

27. BINDING ARBITRATION OF ALL DISPUTES; NO CLASS RELIEF (PLEASE READ ABOUT IMPORTANT LEGAL LIMITS)

We will make every reasonable effort to informally resolve any complaints, disputes, or disagreements that you may have with us. If those efforts fail, we believe that arbitration is a faster, more convenient and less expensive way to resolve disputes rather than in court. Any claims you may have arising out of or relating in any way to the Program including these Program Terms and Conditions will be resolved on an individual basis by final, confidential, and binding arbitration before a single arbitrator administered by JAMS or its successor (“JAMS”) and conducted in accordance with the JAMS Streamlined Arbitration Rules And Procedures in effect at the time the Arbitration is initiated or, if the amount in controversy exceeds $100,000, in accordance with the JAMS Comprehensive Arbitration Rules And Procedures then in effect (respectively, the “Applicable Rules”). The arbitrator shall have exclusive authority to resolve any dispute relating to the interpretation, applicability, enforceability, or formation of this arbitration agreement. Unless you and Method products agree otherwise, the arbitration will be conducted in the county where you reside. For claims of $10,000 or less, you may choose whether the arbitration proceeds in person, by telephone, or based only on written submissions. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, THIS MEANS THAT YOU WILL NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO PURSUE A CLAIM IN COURT, OR HAVE A JURY DECIDE THE CLAIM, AND YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO BRING OR PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION OR SIMILAR PROCEEDING IN COURT OR IN ARBITRATION TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. You also have the right to bring qualifying claims in small claims court, subject to applicable jurisdictional limitations. AS A CONDITION OF PARTICIPATING IN THE BUBBLE CLUB, YOU AGREE THAT ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS, AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THIS PROGRAM, SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION. This arbitration provision governs all Program-related disputes notwithstanding any conflicting dispute-resolution provision in the Website Terms of Use, unless prohibited by applicable law. This arbitration agreement shall survive termination of your membership in The Bubble Club.

28. General

  • Taxes: Program members are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes and/or government fees that may be imposed in connection with the Program. Method products may require members to provide tax forms, identity verification, affidavits, eligibility confirmations, publicity releases, or other documentation before awarding, fulfilling, or allowing redemption of any taxable, high-value, or legally regulated Reward or Program Offer.
  • Waiver: No delay or failure by us to enforce any of these Program Terms and Conditions shall be a waiver of any of our rights.
  • Severability: The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision(s) of these Program Terms and Conditions shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. If any provision of these Program Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the Program Terms and Conditions shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision were not contained therein.
  • Construction: The headings used in these Program Terms and Conditions are for convenience only, are not a substantive part of these Program Terms and Conditions, and do not affect the interpretation of any of its provisions. Any reference to the term "including" means "including, without limitation."
  • Governing Law:  All issues and questions regarding these Program Terms and Conditions or the rights and obligations of you or Method products in connection with The Bubble Club will be governed by the laws of the U.S. and the State of California without regard to its conflicts of law provisions.  This is consistent with Method products’ principal place of business.
  • Message and data rates apply. Depending on how you access the Internet, the use of online services generally may result in access fees or data charges, so check with your Internet service/wireless service providers. (But you probably knew that already.)
  • Camera access. Access to your camera on your mobile device is requested only when necessary to enable features like taking photos in connection with certain Bubble-earning Activities as well as uploading receipts for purchases made in retail stores. Method products does not access your camera roll or any photos other than those you affirmatively choose to upload. Photos submitted are used solely for the purposes described in these Program Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
  • Misc: We’ve done our best to lay out the key terms, limitations, and details for The Bubble Club, including how you can earn and redeem Bubbles and what to expect from Rewards. That said, we may apply additional eligibility criteria, restrictions, or conditions to certain Activities or Rewards — especially if something is time-sensitive or requires extra steps. Method products reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to add, modify, or clarify limitations or exclusions at any time, including after a Reward is announced or claimed, if necessary to ensure fairness, safety, or compliance with laws, or to prevent abuse of The Bubble Club. In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between these Program Terms and Conditions and other statements contained in any related materials or advertising, these Program Terms and Conditions will control.

29. Cancellation of Membership

To cancel your membership in The Bubble Club at any time, log into your account and follow the prompts under your account settings to discontinue your participation and cancel your membership. You can also contact us at https://methodproducts.com/pages/contact. Your membership in The Bubble Club will be terminated within thirty (30) days, and subject only to notice that may be required by law, all Program Offers will expire and become void upon the date of termination. If you do decide to cancel your enrollment in The Bubble Club and you later re-enroll, you will be treated as a new member of The Bubble Club. Cancellation of your membership in The Bubble Club will stop your ability to earn or redeem Bubbles but will not cancel your account.  To delete your account entirely, please refer to our Privacy Policy for instructions on exercising that right. You can also reach out to us at the contact info provided above. Exercising privacy rights, including deletion, correction, opt-out, or withdrawal requests, may affect your membership, Bubbles, Rewards, Program Offers, and our ability to verify eligibility, administer the Program, or fulfill Rewards, as described in our Privacy Policy and Notice of Financial Incentive.
