how do I join the bubble club?
free to join. quick to set up. add your name, email, and a password, and you’re officially bubbling. just like that. must be 18+ and based in the U.S. (including D.C.). terms apply.
can i use my shop account to log in?
you bet your bubbles you can! tap “join now” and follow the prompts.
when do my bubbles show up?
purchases: 1–2 business days. hang tight.
activities: about 3 business days. worth the wait.
where can I find my bubble balance?
just log in and check out your bubble balance on your dashboard.
how do I redeem bubbles for discounts?
use your bubbles to get $$ off your order. 100 bubbles = $1 off. 200 bubbles = $2 off, and so on. you get the idea. use them in sets of 100, and don’t wait. once you redeem your points, you get a discount code which expires in 30 days.
heads up: you can’t use them on tax, shipping, or for gifting your bestie. sharing is caring, but not with these.
do my bubbles expire?
all bubbles float on eventually. these bubbles last 1 year from when you earned them.
what if I return something I bought?
returns = fewer bubbles. if something comes back, the bubbles go with it. we’ll adjust based on the refund. no hard feelings.
